Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Lisi Tennis Club collects when you book a court, how we use it, who we share it with, and what your rights are.

1. What we collect

When you book a court we collect:

• Your full name
• Email address and phone number
• Booking details (court, date, time, amount)
• Payment confirmation reference (the full card number never reaches our servers — it is handled by Flitt (TBC Bank))
• Language preference (English or Georgian)
• IP address at booking time (for fraud prevention)

2. How we use your data

Solely to manage your booking, send you the confirmation email and door PIN, and contact you if there's a problem with your reservation. We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or profiling, and we do not sell it to anyone.

3. Third-party services we use

Some of your data is processed by trusted services we rely on to deliver the booking:

• Flitt — processes your card payment. Card details go directly to Flitt and are never stored on our servers. See flitt.com for their privacy practices.
• igloohome — generates the door PIN for your booking time. Only the time window of your booking is shared; no personal information.
• Email provider — delivers the confirmation email to your inbox. Your email address is shared with our hosting provider for this purpose.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep booking records (including your name, email, and payment reference) for as long as required by Georgian accounting and tax law (typically 6 years). After that, your data is deleted or anonymized.

5. Your rights

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to correct anything that's wrong, and to request deletion (subject to the legal retention period above). To exercise these rights, email us at info@lisitennisclub.ge — we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep your session active while you book and to remember your language choice. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
